Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.  Chief executive officer Beranger meets regularly with the Chief Medical and Nursing Officers of Silver Creek Hospital.  She is kept informed of the many advances in technology that are becoming part of standard of care and are or are planned to be implemented at Silver Creek.  Given the many technological advances in medicine and healthcare, she asks you to discuss at least two potential ethical issues related to recent technological breakthroughs in medicine and healthcare.
