Week 3 Question:

This question is a little more general and has you contemplating "lasting power" of a film. We already talked briefly about Apocalypse Now NOT winning the Academy Award. The winner that year was "Kramer vs. Kramer" which was more of an "actor" driven movie rather than a director driven film, which seems what general audiences prefer. Based on what we have watched, what you have read thus far in the course, and even your personal preference, what do you think gives a film lasting power? Provide some example of course.
