Positive psychology can be considered “a study of the positive aspects of human life” (Positive Psychology, 2004) and we know that through increased self-awareness and practice Mindfulness supports the positive aspects of life, such as hope and well-being.

Explain the connection between positive psychology and mindfulness. How do environmental and emotional factors affect the connection?

When faced with conflict in your organization, provide two specific examples of how you can apply positive psychology and mindfulness for a solution. Provide a rationale on why your recommendations would be successful.
