Discussion question

 There is a section in chapter one of your book called Where Do Supervisors Come From.  Research this topic on line and make a substantive post of findings and at least one reply post. (Note: A substantive post is defined by solid content at least 5 sentences in length.) For this kind of assignment, I recommend that you address questions that the topic raised for you as you read the content in the book.  For example, are recent graduates better managers than promoted operative employees?  Of course, you can always just dig into the topic in a general sense and see where the topic takes you.
