This video is a good example of continuous improvement. It is very easy for companies to just do things the way they have always done them and never realize how they could increase productivity and quality with some small changes. As a supervisor, how might you encourage employees to look for simple but creative ways to make their job better? Please make a substantive post and reply to a fellow student.
