Discussion Post - Education Policy

URGENT HELP!!

I need a discussion post that is due in 30 minutes on Education Policy.  The instructions are as follows:

 In this discussion, reflect on the article, When it Comes to Education, the Federal Government is in Charge of Um ... What? (See link below) In your initial post, take the position as a local school superintendent. Explain how you think national policy decisions affect local school boards or school districts, which have local control over educating children. How must public administrators in local school districts follow national government legislation with regard to equal access and social equity? In your response, include an example of how there could be national policies that are enforced without funding (unfunded mandates). Consider ways in which local governments are required to meet national requirements with which the local school board disagrees.
