Discussion Post 4-Social Media

Find a thread, topic or hashtag on Twitter (or other social media site) in which there appears to be dominant opinions or trends. In a discussion post, analyze those trends, look at broader public opinions on the issue, and analyze the differences between the two based on what research has found.
