Considering "Marketing Myopia" by Levitt  and "Rethinking Marketing" by Rust, Moorman, and Bhalla, can you give  examples of "purpose-driven" organizations that leverage modern  technology to "cultivate" customer relationships?  As you progress  throughout our module 2 discussion, tell us about your firm... What are  things that your firm does to ensure its employees understand the "why"  of its existence in addition to the "what," if that makes sense.  What  can be improved upon?  Put emphasis on the process by which your firm  (or another firm that you are interested in) leverages marketplace data  to enhance customer relationships.
