Student Instructions:

Please read the chapters this week.  Conflict is pervasive everywhere, and we cannot avoid it, but this must be considered by leaders. How would you, as a leader, handle conflict? Please give one example of good conflict management and one example of poor conflict management. Always consider the role of communication with your response.   

Response Guidelines:

Answer posts are expected to be comprehensive, well organized, and well written. They must demonstrate familiarity with the material covered (i.e., assigned readings), ability to explicate ideas discussed (e.g., clear presentation of key terms and ideas), and interpretation and application of the material in relevant contexts (i.e., how the ideas relate to concrete situations in today's environments). Post should be a minimum of 250 words in addition to including your references following APA format.
