1)  Discuss your initial understanding of the concept of Emotional Intelligence.  Why is developing Emotional Intelligence a critical part of the development of leaders and managers?  What are the possible impacts on leadership style for an individual who does not develop a sense of emotional intelligence?  (1 to 2 pages)
