Secret Good Deed: Do something kind of someone else without attracting attention to you or taking credit for it. It can be something small like putting a coin in an expired meter or picking up trash around your neighborhood. This should be done secretly or anonymously. If asked about the good deed, feign ignorance. Reflect on the experience of pleasure and positive emotions (or not so positive emotions) during this experience.
