Think about a lab experience that really stuck with you — either because it was fantastic or because it went wrong in a memorable way. Then, write about it using the prompts below:

1. Describe the lab. What was the experiment or activity? Where did it take place?
2. Explain why it was memorable. What specific moment made it stand out to you?
3. Analyze what happened. Why do you think it turned out the way it did (for example, teamwork, preparation, unclear instructions, curiosity, equipment issues, etc.)?
4. Reflect on the impact. How did this experience enhance or lessen your overall lab learning or attitude toward doing science experiments?
