The attached management function questionnaire allows you to rate your experience (paid or volunteer) working for a health care provider on 10 different managerial functions. If you feel you have insufficient experience to evaluate a health care organization, use any employer current or previous for your assessment. Begin your discussion by identifying the type of organization/employer you are rating.

After rating all 10 functions, select 2 functions you believe are noteworthy and discuss in 2 paragraphs how you arrived at your rating (high or low) for the two functions you selected.  Include specific examples to help the reader understand how you arrived at each rating.
