 This week we learned about the requirements for filing a bid protest with the GAO.  Please create and draft a hypothetical bid protest to be filed with the GAO.  Please make sure that your bid protest satisfies all of the requirements for filing a bid protest that are discussed in the lecture and reading assignment for this week.
