Some organizations tend to perform a needs analysis before conducting a training program. What information can be obtained from performing a needs assessment prior to creating a training program for an organization, and what information cannot be obtained through a needs analysis? Finally, what are the two most important questions to ask in regards to this needs assessment, and why?
