Great post! The paragraph about controlling was very interesting. I enjoyed the information about budget expense and records inspections.

My question is two parts about leading in the management role. What leadership qualities do you believe a manager should have? Do you think those qualities can be taught to junior level managers?  

The only clarification I ask about your post is out of the four functions, which one is important to you?
