Discussion Board (Respond to student repost)

I believe bullying is a form of discrimination and harassment. When someone bullies another person, they are usually focusing on their weaknesses, disabilities, or differences e.g. weight, skin color, appearance, disability, or gender. Bullying are tactics used to belittle an individual and inflict pain. I also believe that bullying in the workplace should warrant a legislative response as it does fit into the civil rights act of discrimination and could be a result of retaliation.
