I'm a 42 year old father of four with a 6 year old grand son. I am a Driver operator in the fire department with aspirations of one day being a chief. It is not hard for a supervisor to motivate me. My motivators are family, money, and advancement. I also played football, was a personal trainer and love to lift weights so I'm a competitor. For a manager or supervisor to motivate me all they have to do is challenge me in a competition or show me ways to make more money to make life easier for my family. The reason I am in school now is to show my kids that I can do it and to hush naysayers. My ultimate motivation for supervisors to use, is showing me how to make life better for my family. I have always been easily motivated from basic life motivators.
