My view on heroes has changed considerably over the last several months.  I have witnessed COVID19 transform everyday folks into heroes.  I believe the impact of the healthcare heroes that I know exhibited charismatic and transformational leadership in some really dark and desperate times.  These people risked their life for others and were beyond selfless.  The necessity of the situation opened a stage for everyday people to transform into leaders of innovation and courage.
