Discussion Board: Public Administration from Ancient Times to the 1920's

Looking to complete a discussion board answering the following question: 

Discuss and compare the covenantal model in the Old Testament to the current American government model. In your answer, explain the similarities and differences. Be sure to note the broad implications of the covenantal model in the application (public administration) of government.

Discussion must be at least 400 words and very detailed. Must support their assertions with at least 2 scholarly citations in APA format. Any sources cited must have been published within the last five years.
