After watching the video, discuss how the benefits (HR Practices) at SAS are different from the benefits at typical organizations.  Additionally, explain the impact the HR practices have on the employee turnover rate at SAS.  Finally, state why you think or do not think the benefits offered by SAS allow them to attract and retain high talented people and create a competitive advantage.
