E-commerce is a vital part of a large number of organizations and is sometimes the only source of sales. As such, e-commerce touches many parts of these organizations, which are also connected in various ways to the organization’s primary Web site. The integration of these Web-based parts of the organization is important to the efficient operation of the entire organization.
