I used to work for the Developmental Evaluation Center (DEC) at Children's Hospital in Boston.  We saw quite a few adults with moderate to severe disabilities (cerebral palsy, dual diagnoses of blindness and intellectual disabilities, etc) because they couldn't find an adult provider who would take them as a patient.  

What can be done to insure there is adequate healthcare for all?
