In this discussion, you will discuss your experience with a project and examine why projects fail.

For your initial post in the discussion board, address both Parts A and B below:

1. Describe a project that you were involved with, how it constitutes a project, what was successful and why, what could have been improved and why, and whether the project was completed successfully (on time, within budget, and met all stakeholder expectations). 
2. Read Why Good Projects Fail Anyway and Why Bad Projects Are So Hard to Kill . Now that you have been exposed to some of the important aspects of managing projects, what do you think accounts for the differences in companies’ abilities to manage projects? Why do you think companies and organizations hang on to failing projects?
