In this post I want you to think about what Marx means by the materialist conception of history and how economic class determines who we are as indviduals, First please define materialist concept of history as best you can and also define economic classes in Marxist terms. Then please use these terms to apply them to today. What is your economic class, how is it different or similar to Marx's definitions? How does the material or economic system shape who you are?
