Discussion Board

 Discussion Instructions: Each week there will be a discussion question for the interaction between students and the instructor. Be sure to: 1) Identify any sources you use in your post, 2) properly cite any sources, and 3) use APA format.

Your initial response is due by Thursday at 11:55 pm EST (60%).
Your "substantive" initial response should be a minimum of 300 words, excluding references at the end.
You will then comment on at least two of your peers by Sunday night at 11:55 pm EST (40%, 20% per response). Your "substantive" responses to your peers should be a minimum of 100 words.  
Your responses should be done during the corresponding week. No late posting is allowed beyond the week.
If your initial response is late, there is a late penalty of 10% (that is, 10 points) per day.

Topic: What are the characteristics, uses, advantages, and disadvantages of each of the measures of location and measures of dispersion? Discuss them with examples.
