This DB has three parts. 

1. There is a lot of discussion about whether a leader is born or made.  Do you believe leadership is a natural ability that a person is born with?  Or do you believe that leadership is a trait that can be taught?  Provide an example.
2. Many people in a leadership role have a natural leadership style in which they handle situations, processes, procedures and people in a consistent manner.  How do you believe you can assess your natural leadership style, even if you are not currently in a leadership position?
3. What affect does a leadership style have on the ability of a team to become high-performance?
