1. Thinking about Erikson's theory and specifically Industry vs. Inferiority, what specific things could you do as a teacher to help students develop a sense of industry rather than inferiority?

2. Reflect on gender and specifically gender roles. Do you believe that gender roles are biological or do you see them more as a social construction?
