As a FNP you will be called upon to complete many sports physicals for children and teens. These physicals are meant to clear these children for participation in strenuous sports activities. The attached article discusses the pre- participation sports physical. Discuss the procedure for completing this assessment. What subjective information is important? What objective data is vital?
