Discussion: "A New England Nun"
At the end of Freeman's "A New England Nun," we see Louisa feel a sense of freedom at the turn of events. Another character that we have read feels this same freedom once she thinks that her husband is dead ("The Story of an Hour"). Why do you think these female characters feel freedom? From what or who?
