Imagine that a zombie apocalypse has ravaged the entire planet and left many countries without a recognized rule of law or formal society. In the recovery efforts following the event, describe programs you administer as the director of the newly renamed Zombie Recovery Corps (ZRC). What jobs will you assign to citizens?
