Discussion 7 - THEME Contains

1. From what sources might a leader derive power? Which leadership style, or information, or data sources, or skills might work best for a leader whose firm is improving efficiency? Why?

2. One role that all leaders have is a figurehead. How do the leaders use the media to represent an organization position in objective and effective ways? How can poor leader’s representation in a media impact an organization short and/or long term?
