You are leading a new team and want to harness their creativity.  What processes or methods would you use to minimize the threats to creativity and promote innovation among your team members?

Directions: Since creativity is the topic this week, here's a chance for you to be creative in responding to the question.  Instead of writing your response, create a short narrated PowerPoint (PPT) presentation with your answer.  If you need a refresher on working with PPT, here's a basic guide from Microsoft:
