This unit focuses on integrative leadership styles, namely charismatic, transformational, and servant leadership. As a basis for this week's discussion, watch the video clips provided in the unit lesson. These video clips each feature a leader who illustrates one or more of these integrative forms of leadership.

Choose one of these clips as the focus on your discussion post. Why does the video clip that you chose most resonate with you? How does this clip illustrate charismatic, transformational, and/or servant leadership? What can you learn from this individual's approach to leadership, as depicted in the video clip, as you continue to shape your own leadership approach?
