In postsecondary education, students have a right to full participation in an institution’s educational program. However, for students with disabilities, the concept of "full" participation is plagued with barriers. In your initial post, state your position on whether or not institutions should be legally obligated to provide services that remove barriers for students with disabilities. Should there be limits on the extent of services provided?
