Discussion Question Five 1 ½ pages

This discussion focuses on the relationship between communication and change. Develop a hypothetical change initiative. In the first paragraph, describe the initiative.  

In the second paragraph describe the stakeholders …. Those who will be impacted by the change, and how they will be impacted.

Next, create a communication plan.  How will you communicate with each of the stakeholder groups? What information will you share with each group at the start of the change initiative?
