Proper Patient Care – Communication Techniques

View the video as if the patient in the bed is a loved one, your mother, your sister, you aunt, your best friend, etc...  Provide a minimum of a two paragraph response.

In the first part of the response, describe how you feel viewing the first part of the video.  The nurse comes back in with a different composure.  Describe how you feel about her empathetic approach.

For the second part of the response, you are the Nurse.  Describe how you feel when speaking to this patient.
