 Kaplin and Lee state that “student academic freedom is not a well-established concept alike faculty academic freedom; however, it is just as important.” In an initial post, qualify this statement and discuss why student academic freedom should receive a comparable level of protection as faculty academic freedom. When writing your post, make reference to at least one legal ramification that you foresee occurring if student academic freedom is not recognized as a protected right.
