If a new drug were to be made legally available that increased happiness by 30 percent but reduced the length of life, how many years would you be willing to sacrifice to forfeit to use the drug?  How did you decide on this number?  What if the drug were illegal?

If you are not interested in a happiness increase, what would worth reducing your life for?  Again, how did you decide on this number?  Why are these more important to you than happiness?
