If you were asked by a colleague, “Why should get additional malpractice from my employer’s coverage?” How would you respond? Please give a brief response.
Say I worked in orthopedics at Dade Hospital from 2015-2019 and left to work at Broward Hospital. In 2021, while working at Broward Hospital, I was informed that I was being sued by a patient I saw in 2018. Who’s policy would cover me for that particular law suit?
