Discuss the notion that firms should stop doing business with customers who constantly generate losses versus the notion that the customer is always right.

The notion which the firm should stop:
The customer is one of the important parts of the organization and the organization should be able to make the proper amount of customers so that they can earn an accurate amount of profit. There are different benefits which the organization when they take customer too seriously and there are different sort of loss which the organization faces when they get the wrong customer in the organization. There are some of the parts in the organization which is been done with the help of the customer and there are some work and some things which the organization cannot complete without the customer (Cinquin, & Demongeot, 2002).
The organization should give some amount of chance to the customer to get the product of the organization correctly manage because the review which the customer can give to the organization cannot be given by any other people in the organization. There are different notions in the organization in which the employee of the organization should always try to get the proper notion and they should know form which customer they should take the help and they should manage to get the work. For such the organization should make the involvement of customers that can help the organization in many different ways and they should help the organization and they should manage to get the organization proper and accurate amount of work and profit. This is some of the notions which the organization should believe and should not believe when it comes to the use and listen to the customer and get the work completed (Martin, 2019).
