Identify 2 distinct health care delivery models. Compare these models in terms of cost, convenience, and patient outcomes. Recommend changes to each model that would decrease costs, be more convenient, and provide for better patient outcomes. 

Select 1 of the service areas discussed in this week’s readings. These include acute care, outpatient care, long-term care, and community-based care.
