Individual – Case Study

Read and choose case 1 Ms. Daniels or Case 2 Gregory Jackson found at the end of chapter 6 of the textbook. (Pick One)

1. Using the textbook formats found in the appendix C (pages 231-232) identify the all diagnosis with codes and specifiers where appropriate, write the rationale for the diagnosis (describing symptoms with criteria alignment) and discuss any additional information you might need to make a more accurate diagnosis.

2. Formulate a biopsychosocial risk and resiliency assessment for  both the onset of the disorder and the course of the disorder including the strengths for this individual.

3. Given the case details for the individual identify at least 2 appropriate evidence based practices and discuss your rationale for choosing the specific practices.
