Your firm is in the business of making food items, mostly desert-type products. The firm is planning to launch a new product, which will be half-gallon size of cherry vanilla ice cream. The firm has never produced ice cream before. Your job is to forcast out what the anticipated earnings (ie, projected revenues less costs) will be over the next 7 years. How would your forecast your sales and your costs for this new product?
