Choose ONE of the populations that have been discussed (clients with diabetes, pregnant adolescents, those living in poverty) and describe the nursing process. 

How would you assess the community beyond just the statistics? Are there other statistics you would look at?

Name 3 interventions you would implement.

Describe 3 outcomes you would evaluate to ensure your goals were met.

If those outcomes were not good, explain how you might alter ONE of those interventions.  Example, if rates of diabetes did not change with diet education, what else could you try?
