Senge (2006) asks us to re-think leadership and the role of leaders in creating learning organizations, and describes leaders as designers, teachers and stewards. Discuss which aspects of the “new work” with which you agree and/or disagree. How do his comments impact your views of your own leadership? How have your views of leadership changed over the term? What did you find challenging about what Senge is saying?
