If you were an executive at a company that had a pervasive yet problematic culture, what steps would you take to change it? Using Google Scholar or your university library’s access to EBSCO, LexisNexis, or other databases, search for recent articles (within the last year) in business publications on “culture change.” Include the name of the article, author, and year of publication. 

1. What role did the executives play in the culture change?
2. What did they change?
3. How does this differ from what you would have done to change the culture?
4. What would you do if you were in the role of a CEO in times of crisis (post-pandemic) to maintain a healthy culture?
