 The authors of your texts provide information on the various world views and sociocultural perspectives and provide discussions on a biblically-based model of authentic sexuality. For this discussion, describe the various world views and cultural perspectives present in today’s western culture related to sexuality. Contrast those with a biblical model of human sexuality and what Balswick and Balswick (2019) call “authentic sexuality.” Also, identify at least one area where counselors might encounter these issues with their clients. Refer to your course materials and outside resources to support your responses.
