1. Based on your year of birth, in which generation are you categorized?
2. Do you feel a part of this generation? Why or why not?
3. If you were born outside the United States, do the generational boundaries seem accurate to you?
4. Now consider the biases that you might have regarding other generations. Identify several of your generational beliefs that could create friction in the workplace.
