 There  are several methods for working in teams, including one developed by  Meredith Belbin. For this discussion, research Belbin's Team Roles and  find a suitable source.

For the initial post:

• In  a first paragraph, explain what Belbin role you would feel most  comfortable taking, and why, providing some examples if possible. Cite  your source properly using APA in-text citation.
• In  a second paragraph, explain how teamwork relies on a strong code of  ethics. Write this solely from experience and your critical thinking,  not from source material, and include examples if appropriate.
• Provide a full APA reference entry at the end of the post for the source you used in the first paragraph.
